Travel Design starts with your needs, the time you have, the way you like to travel and what you want from this particular trip.
We don't choose a good hotel, an interesting activity and a convenient transfer in isolation. We look at how everything connects, so the trip feels cohesive, moves at a pace that suits you and leaves room to actually experience it.

We review your enquiry and, if we can take on the design of your trip, we'll outline what the service includes and the corresponding Travel Design Fee.
The Travel Design Fee starts at €450.
Design
We research, evaluate and bring together the route, accommodation, transport and experiences, so everything connects and the trip feels cohesive and well-paced.
Bookings & preparation
Once you approve the proposal, we move ahead with the bookings and organise the practical details leading up to your departure.
THE TRAVEL DESIGN FEE
Travel Design has its own fee.
The Travel Design Fee starts at €450 and is based on the length, route and needs of the trip.
It covers the time, research, evaluation, curation and creative work involved in designing a trip specifically for you.
The Travel Design Fee is separate from the cost of your bookings and is not deducted from them.
Flights, accommodation, transport, experiences, travel insurance and other travel services are priced separately.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Before we begin.
Do I need to have chosen a destination already?
No. You can start with a specific destination, two or three ideas, or even just a general direction.
How much does Travel Design cost?
The Travel Design Fee starts at €450 and is based on the length, route and needs of the trip.
Is the Travel Design Fee deducted from the cost of my bookings?
No. The Travel Design Fee is a separate fee for the design service and is not deducted from the cost of your bookings.
Is the Travel Design Fee refundable?
No. Once the Travel Design process has begun, the fee is non-refundable, in accordance with the terms of the Travel Design Agreement.
Do you handle the bookings as well?
Yes. Once you approve the travel proposal, we move ahead with the bookings for the travel services included in the design.
Can I request changes to the proposal?
Yes. The service includes the agreed number of changes, as long as the overall structure of the trip remains the same. If the destination or travel dates change, we begin a new design process with a new Travel Design Fee.
