About the tour

Depar­ture towards Viñales Val­ley ear­ly in the morn­ing, the land where the best tobac­co in the world is grown in Pinar del Rio Province. Short stop at the “Bal­cón del Valle” (The Bal­cony to the Val­ley), for a pho­to with an amaz­ing land­scape as back­ground and a refresh­ing cock­tail to enjoy. Vis­it on foot of the Viñales val­ley, learn­ing the way of life and inter­act­ing with the locals. Expla­na­tion of the moun­tain for­ma­tions called “mogotes” and time for pho­tos. Demon­stra­tion of the pri­ma­ry process of tobac­co pro­duc­tion in a “despalil­lo”. Typ­i­cal Cuban lunch at the Mur­al of Pre­his­to­ry and time at leisure to vis­it the place. Return to Havana in the late afternoon.
